This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the standards and requirements for approval of providers of continuing education in podiatric medicine through a joint provider agreement between the Ohio Foot and Ankle Medical Foundation and the Oregon Podiatric Medical Association. The Ohio Foot and Ankle Medical Foundation is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education as a provider of continuing education in podiatric medicine. The Ohio Foot and Ankle Medical Foundation has approved this activity for a maximum of 5 continuing education contact hours.

About the Faculty
Dr. Ryan Downey is a podiatric physician and surgeon at Northwest Kaiser Permanente in Salem, Oregon and is chief of the Department of Podiatric Surgery.
Dr. Clifford Mah is a graduate of the California College of Podiatric Medicine and he completed his three-year residency in trauma and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle at Northlake Medical Center, Tucker, GA. Dr. Mah is the Chief of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center and an attending teacher for the Legacy/Kaiser Portland Hospital’s Podiatric Surgical Residency Program. He has served on the Oregon Medical Board, is a faculty member of the Podiatry Institute, and the Scientific Chairman of the Oregon Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Trevor Tippets graduated from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine and his residency training at Northside Medical Center in Youngstown, Ohio. He has advanced training in Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a podiatrist at Cascade Foot Center in Salem, Oregon.
Dr. Cassie Tomczak is a podiatric foot and ankle surgeon with orthopedic fellowship training in complicated reconstructive and trauma surgery. She is certified in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery by ABFAS and is a Fellow Member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS).
Taylor Wyatt, CPO has been a Certified Prosthetist & Orthotist at Summit O&P since 2012. He is committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals through expert prosthetic and orthotic care. He received a BA in kinesiology from Dordt University, a certificate in orthotics from
Northwestern University, and a certificate in prosthetics from the University of Hartford.
John Zdor, PT is a regional director of three physical therapy clinics and a physical therapist with a focus on management of complex foot and ankle and lumbopelvic injuries. He enjoys motifvating and developing therapeutic relationships with patients to facilitate recovery through rigorous strengthening, manual interventions and education.
