The board of directors has determined that the best course of action for the issue with the Good Feet store is to encourage patients that have been unhappy with their experience there to file a complaint with the Oregon Attorney General. You can also encourage your patients to write letters of complaint which can be sent to the Oregon Medical Board. If there are enough complaints, it is likely that an investigation will be opened.
