About Dr. Goforth

Dr. W. David Goforth specializes in all areas of foot & ankle surgery with a particular interest in sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery, foot & ankle trauma, diabetic limb salvage, and complex reconstructive surgery.  He is board qualified in foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot & ankle surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.  He completed three years of residency training in foot & ankle surgery at Highland's-Presbyterian St. Luke's Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency in Denver, CO.  He graduated with honors from the Arizona School of Podiatric Medicine at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ and has a bachelor of science degree from Texas A&M University.  Dr. Goforth enjoys active hobbies including hiking, climbing, kayaking, mountain biking, and skiing, and he enjoys treating patients with a similar passion to live an active lifestyle.
